Once by-pass finish, setup device, reboot, insert SIM card, use cellular data and go FaceTime, click continue, it will stuck waiting for connect, you go to settings and click FaceTime and u find it connected so just close and open back FaceTime and done

For meid devices

After bypass reboot phone log in to icloud and log in to Face Time

and enjoy full iServices on your meid device :)
